Shipping & Returns

At GoodyBeans, we’re all about spreading good energy — even when things don’t go quite to plan. This page explains how we handle shipping, returns, and refunds.

 

1. Shipping

  • Where we ship: We currently ship Australia-wide.
  • Dispatch times: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Delivery times: Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
  • Shipping fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
  • Tracking: Where available, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey.

 

2. Returns & Refunds

 

Coffee Orders

We lovingly roast and pack your coffee fresh to order — which means we can’t accept change-of-mind returns on coffee beans.
If there’s a mistake with your order, we’ll make it right with a fresh replacement at no cost.

Other Products

If you’ve changed your mind about something other than coffee, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

 

Before sending anything back:

(We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your item arrives safely.)

 

Important notes:

  • Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your expense.
  • Sale items can only be returned if they’re faulty.

 

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact hello@goodybeans.com.au promptly. We’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or exchange — whichever you prefer.

 

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm if your refund or exchange has been approved.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges can be arranged if you’d like to swap your item for something else.
