It all started in ’24 when our favourite local roaster (formerly the Blessed Bean) set up shop at Kirinari’s café headquarters, Rise Espresso. With a shared love for coffee and positive change, The Blessed Bean’s founder, Jason Dowding, and Kirinari saw the perfect opportunity to blend their missions. And just like that, GoodyBeans was born—created for coffee lovers and changemakers alike, ready to shake up the coffee game for good.
So, what good do we do?
Your morning cup of coffee fuels more than just your day. All profits are reinvested into essential human services in rural and regional Australia, from disability support to community housing and employment programs. Plus, we’re brewing up real opportunities, creating jobs for people who need them most.
Behind the beans
Meet Jason. With 20 years in the coffee game—both behind the roaster and running hospitality venues— Jason knows a thing or two about his beans. As Goody Beans’ Head of Operations, he’s the mastermind behind every roast, making sure every batch meets the mark. When Jason’s on the job, you’re getting top-tier beans, roasted to perfection.

Which blend is best for me?
